Phoenix’s Perfect Breakfast Sandwich

Good Morning!
The best way to start your day is with a good breakfast. In this recipe, we will walkthrough step by step on how to cook and assemble the perfect breakfast sandwich! Its quick and easy, and is a great way to kick off your day!
Ingredients:
- 1 egg

1-2 strips of bacon
- 1 Everything Bagel
- 1 slice of cheese
- 1tsp of butter
- Salt
- Pepper

Cream cheese (optional)
Optional Ingredients:
- Hot sauce
- Ketchup
Instructions:

Place 1-2 strips of bacon on a saucepan at high heat
- Cook for 8-12 minutes or until desired crispiness

Melt 1 tsp of butter in a medium saucepan on medium heat
- Crack 1 egg on top of the melted butter
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired runniness
- Once the egg has been flipped, place 1 slice of cheese onto the egg
- Turn heat to low and let the cheese melt
- Place everything bagel in the toaster and toast until desired level
- Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on the top and bottom of the everything bagel
- Transfer the egg from the saucepan to the bagel, place bacon on top, and and cover with top of the bagel
- Sit down and enjoy!
